Jim and Debbie Kerr - Store Owners
Jim and Debbie Kerr first opened Beachcomber Collingwood in 2002. After seven years of hard work and dedication, it turned into quite a success. They decided to open Beachcomber Barrie in 2009.
Prior to both businesses opening, Jim and Debbie owned a very successful restaurant together. They fell in love with the area and have lived here for over fifty years and have developed many great relationships along the way.
They are very customer service oriented. They always go above and beyond to help any customer as well as their employees. They’re kindness and overall demeanor is what drives both stores to their success. Jim and Debbie always make everyone feel as if they are part of the family.
Rachelle Kerr - Store Manager
Rachelle Kerr has lived in Barrie her whole life. She, along with her family, were very involved in the community with roller skating being the highlight of her childhood.
Rachelle has been an integral part of her family’s business since 2002. With a vast knowledge of the hot tub industry, Rachelle is able to inform customers about the workings of different types of hot tubs and brands.
She is the Barrie Store Manager and also travels to our Collingwood location to help as needed. The two things you can always count on is her honesty and seeing her smiling face.
She really enjoys getting to know her customers, joking around, calling them by name and she will always remember your hot tub even when you don’t!
Cindy Tolchard - Service Manager
Cindy Tolchard is our Service Manager who is in charge of scheduling our service repairs. She helps customers with technical questions regarding hot tubs, claiming warranties and other technical hot tub inquiries.
Cindy attended Georgian College for marketing and advertising, further pursuing her passion in the service industry. Cindy has twelve years of experience working with hot tubs and different manufacturing companies.

Dawson Peloquin - Sales Associate
Dawson Peloquin is one of our Sales Associate, assisting customers with different problems and questions about hot tubs and hot tub chemicals.
Currently enrolled at Sheridan College for his bachelor’s degree in game design, Dawson is hoping to pursue his passion of video games and creating different forms of digital art.
He tends to be outgoing and well informed about hot tubs and general technologies.

Steff Fulker - Social Media Expert
Steff Fulker is our Social Media Expert who designs all our store campaigns and social media literature. She studied music as well as art and design at both Sir Wilfrid Laurier and Durham College.
Her love of animals got the best of her, and she ended up pursuing her dream of managing a private equestrian facility in the beautiful Blue Mountains where she currently resides with her boyfriend and dogs.
Sheila Donaldson - Office Manager
Sheila Donaldson is our Office Manager and Bookkeeper. She does everything from answering phone calls to helping you with your water test.
She studied at Georgian College and in her personal time, enjoys camping with her husband and dog as well as helping seniors and others solve their tax issues.
Lori Ross - Lead Sales Associate
Lori Ross has been a local resident of Innisfil since 1997 where she raised her family. She is our lead Sales Associate and does so much more behind the scenes.
Lori has always had a passion for helping people in any way she can and has always worked in the customer service industry. You will always be greeted with a smile.
Cynthia Rosenberger - Sales Manager
Cynthia Rosenberger is our new Sales Manager. Cynthia has over twenty years of experience in the sales industry and is new to our Beachcomber Family. She has been selling hot tubs for over five years now and has a great amount of knowledge on multiple brands. She is a Barrie resident and has also been a volunteer fire fighter for 9.5 years with the town of Innisfil. She is always happy to meet new people as they come through our doors and greet them with a big smile!
